Based out of Modesto California the metal band Perfect Nightmare was formed in 2014 by original and current members vocalist Mari Anguis and guitarist Stephanie Vershay. Over the years they have gone through numerous transformations until reaching their current sound in 2020. They released their debut single “This is War” in 2022. After the addition of guitarist Brett Mynear in 2023 and Emily Rubaclava in 2024 Perfect Nightmare has completed their current lineup of members. Perfect Nightmare’s inspiration is drawn from bands like Arch Enemy, Lamb of God and As I Lay Dying. Perfect Nightmare’s artistic focus is to create metal music that is heavy and aggressive while being approachable and welcoming to a broad audience.
